What I write about

Three threads run through everything here: the day-to-day craft of building products, the work of leading the people who build them, and honest field notes from doing both at Supsindex. Some of it is polished; a lot of it is thinking out loud — because the clearest thinking usually happens on the page.

The plugins

I also build small Claude plugins that take the busywork out of a product person's week — drafting a PRD, taming a messy standup, tightening a commit. They start free. The ones that earn a permanent place in my own workflow are the ones I publish here.
